What does your ab routine look like? How does one look at an an routine? :). Hanging leg raises!

Frequency? Every morning Monday thru Friday

Weighted/Bodyweight? Mostly bw but have done with 10-20# per ankle

rep range? 25-80

What exercises?hanging leg raises

Do you train obliques directly?nope

What is the goal of your ab training? To have visible abs! Duh

What kind of abs to you have? Deep valleys or relatively flat? Flat :(

I haven't really focused too much on ab trainign but plan on begin that. I hate ab work! lol

Frequency?

Once a week...sometimes less, depends on routine at the time

Weighted/Bodyweight?

Both

rep range?

fairly high compared to other bodyparts 10-12 and 12-15

3-4 sets

What exercises?

single arm rollouts both uphill and down 12-15 reps per side
partial dragon flag 10-12 reps
cable crunch 10-12 reps
45 degree v-up with reach

everything is 3-4 sets

The v-ups do as do rollouts to some extent

What is the goal of your ab training?

functional strength

What kind of abs to you have? Deep valleys or relatively flat?

Right now, not all that deep as they have a nice layer of fat due to bulk but they are fairly deep when at lower bodyfat.

rep range? till i want to cry, repeat

What exercises? see first question

Do you train obliques directly? occationaly i will twist to the sides

What is the goal of your ab training? bigger abs show thru better with some BF

What kind of abs to you have? Deep valleys or relatively flat? Flat...for now
