Hello all! I am a longtime bodybuilder and been on the boards for over 10 years. I have been out of the game for several years and my home board is no longer a bb board. Anyhow, I have gotten fat and weak-I just joined a gym and I have been hitting the cardio and doing some lifting. It is pretty depressing to know just how far I have fallen off the horse. I'm looking for a fresh start and a place to stay motivated, another member referred me from a board I have lurked on for many years so I decided to check this place out. I'm looking forward to exploring.

welcome! this is definitely a good place to get motivation :) if you start a training log we will definitely be watching..helps keep you on track when you feel accountable to others :)
