All that running could hold you back.

I'm sure you burn up a shit load of cals that will be helpful for size.

I agree. At first I was thinking diet, but I would bet the running has a more deleterious effect then the food.

In the end, as long as you are happy with your outcome that is all that matters. I think it goes without saying that if you did decide to take up bodybuilding, your foundation would suit you well.

Thanks guys, that's what I thought too. I am going to look at cutting my running back.

I want to be super fit, strong and look like a BB'er. Game on.

Also pretty cool to hear that most people on here think that being in your mid-late 30's is still young :D

I tend to agree, and I actually feel better now than when I was in my 20's. That the same for you guys as well?

I wish my tri's looked like that :)
Cheers man, tri's have always been fairly decent whether I am running or lifting. Probably just largely from being lean year round

Couple of leg shots, not big by any means but they're relatively in proportion to my upper body. I do like to bash the hell out of them when I train them...

Cool, we could use some more bodybuilders around this joint :)

Hell ya, I'm doing better in my early 40s than 20s and 30s.

I will echo this as well. Maybe it is that I am smarter now all around and understand it is an entire lifestyle. In my 20's I achieved some good development, but I was out partying every weekend and did not eat right. Now, older and smarter, I understand the concept of moderation. End result, I am bigger, and stronger then I ever was in my 20's.

What's your main source of protein? I know for vegans in the US they think they are all healthy but they look like shit. Everything here is full of GMOs
