Hi Dex. I use a pea protein isolate, completely natural.

Food wise I just try to eat a really varied diet with tons of fruits & veges that are organic where possible.

I'm enjoying the BB'ing stuff despite not knowing what the hell I'm doing haha. Hard to get away from the PL'ing style of training that's kind of instilled in me now.

nice pics bro! If I could do it again? I would have spent at least 10 years powerlifting, which would have put me at 24, then I would have ran over to bodybuilding, where the cash is..all the pro's do that, they just usually don't say.
