Hello all! I took a 5 year complete hiatus from any exercise. After the birth of my daughter I just couldn't find time. Now, I have the time. I am 33 and an ectomorph. I have done some cycles in the past. I have now been working out since April. I have no connections, but am interested in cycling again, but for now, I only want to lift naturally. I have had one injury before, a rotator tear because I got too strong too quick and my little ectomorph joints couldn't keep up. Lesson learned. Nice to meet you all. This is my intro
