im sure alot of you know who i am....

for those of you who dont, im the diet forum moderator on ology...

i have posted my free diet advice thread in the diet section to help those who are willing to follow the directions in post 1 for free

i also own my own nutrition consultation network for people who want to dial down their diets and let me take control of their nutritional needs.. i will post in the diet section about this too...
