2 weeks out today. Doing 90min of cardio per day, 45min AM and 45pm/post workout. I guess i'm just mind fucking myself because I think i'm not ready enough yet. Been on keto for about 2 weeks, the fats are great, but fucking-a, I want to get on stage and get it over with! Would be dieting for 21 weeks at the end of this, and really need a break.
