Been lifting for several years. Currently trying to lean out I was a little over 220 and cut weight and am a little under 200 right now I'm just hitting the gym hard and trying to stay lean on my diet see what kind of cut up look I can achieve I know that everyone's genetics are different so trying to figure out what works best for me. Glad to be on the forum and look forward to browsing around a friend told me about you all and said this was a great place.
