Not too bad, deadlifted 405 for 8 last night, gonna record it next week when i go for 10.

405x8 is pretty solid considering the time off. i hate high rep deads so you get some props for doing them in that 6+ range

225 x 27 is impressive at any bodyweight, especially at only 210 lbs. Good work!!

Nice job, my previous was 18 until last night. Warmed up with 135 for 2 sets, 225 for a set of 5, used my slingshot to do 315, 365, 405 and 435. After that I dropped down to 225 and did 22 with no slingshot so not a bad way to end a workout!
