ya, true 4G is not available yet... however now Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T all claim they have "switched on" the 4G service. It's stupid that they are allowed to do that....class action suit in the future I believe. By the way, if you have ever bought tickets through Ticketmaster, you may be getting a settlement soon. They are settling a class action lawsuit this year based on "hidden fees."
