Whats up people? I was wondering if anyone remembers this book, or it may have been bodybuildings best kept secrets? it had a brown cover and cost 15.00 back in the day, maybe the early 90's..It was pretty much tips, how to make the exercises you do more effective, I lost it among my many moves and homelessness and such..if you have this could you please in box me? it would mean a great deal as I am sentimental and have been trying to track this book down to no avail. thanks and lift well my friends.,

Found it!!!! holy shit, its been years since i seen this, but it is the 3rd edition, comes with diagrams which i dont really care about, just glad to have found it, and ordered it!
