    Definitely get your labs done to see where to 200mgs is putting you on the assay range. 200 should be doing the trick and have you close to the top, but everyone is different here... I have seen it.

    Just don't wait too long. I did this once prior to some important bloods, and without any PCT (cuz I am on forever bitch haha) my body managed 300's. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MY PITUITARY PULLED THAT ONE OFF.

    Firstly, get this taken care of from a medical standpoint unless you are competing in something where blood volume assists. You are lucky that your BP stays low for sure. In the long game it can cause some issues. How is your iron level? Secondary Hemachromatosis?Even if there are no issues...

    Just from experience, deca has an effect on joint pain... even in low doses. My issue with the subject is that most cats overstate the benefits. You read a round a little and it seemingly cures their rheumatological issues.

    Shoot for a gallon of water per day and keep an eye on your blood sugar levels. Do you keep a carb source readily available? It makes sense to check your blood pressure more than once daily to get an idea of your baseline. Blood pressure is a silent killer, especially for us in this weight game.

    Fullness in the muscle, and potential hypo. Just know and listen to what your body is telling you. Always keep a quick carb source close by. Terrible, but I used to love me some PWO Dr. Pepper with a big ol shot of humalog.
