fill I fill 50 caps with filler, weighing filler as I go. Now I know how much filler It takes to fill 50 caps. then I've got a pretty good idea how much total I need. For instance I make 50 size 1 caps 10mg. cornstarch filler 12gr fills 50caps so I need .5 g Powder and 11.5g filler. Checkout...- ddfra

I use size 1 I feel comfortable with the smaller size with lower doses (under 50) because of all the filler.- ddfra
