is tor ok to use here and there while on cycle like nolva to treat the estrogen spikes/nip sensitivity? what if you had some gyno, would it reduce it more efficiently than nolva?

I've tried a few different methods and I find that the easiest way to cope with this is a 2 "on 1 "off" schedule. 2 days of low/very little carbs followed by one day of medium carbs.
Ex:
Mon: 100g carbs or less
Tue: 100g carbs or less
Wed: 250g carbs
Repeat with the 2-on...

Quite a few, consisting of multiple sets. Barbell shrugs to the front, Barbell shrugs behind the back, Dumbbell shrugs.....Do 4 sets of each SLOW and you will see results in about 2 -3 weeks. Works like a charm. Stick to medium weight and stay in the 12-15 rep range with very good form.
