Thank you for your brutal honesty I really appreciate it, though I've only been seriously lifting and dieting for 4 years I've been working out closer to 6 and have found my real passion in it so I really appreciate your honesty and I think I will wait some time and just see, but for future reference, is there any advice you could give with running test that could help make sure my natural production is salvageable in order to have kids later in life?Real talk: you probably should not run any cycle.
There are real, long-term health risks at play here and you've been training for a relatively short amount of time. No guarantee you're still even doing this 5-10-15 years down the road and there is every chance that you suffer from serious, permanent side effects from your cycle that you'd have to live with whether you kept up this lifestyle or not.
Steroids are for folks who have capped out on natural potential and still need more after hard training for a decade. Whether that be for competition or whatever other reason, not new to intermediate lifters that just want to get to their natural potential a little faster.
If you insist on running one, start with just Test (wouldn't go above 500mg/week) and keep an AI handy, especially if you're above 15% body fat. Would suggest Test E or C and pinning daily or every other day. And absolutely would not start any of that until you've done a ton of background reading on what kind of support supplements you should be taking to manage your health markers.

I was more talking about liver, kidney and arterial damage from steroid use that could have lifelong negative effects if not appropriately managed through consistent blood work and supplementation on cycle (to include things like RX medications that may be needed on cycle to protect those systems).Thank you for your brutal honesty I really appreciate it, though I've only been seriously lifting and dieting for 4 years I've been working out closer to 6 and have found my real passion in it so I really appreciate your honesty and I think I will wait some time and just see, but for future reference, is there any advice you could give with running test that could help make sure my natural production is salvageable in order to have kids later in life?
How about introducing yourself before asking these types of questionsI am a intermediate lifter, I have been working out for 4 years consistently and am looking into enhancement, the only problem I'm having is I have no clue what to run for my first cycle besides test and am looking for some advice
