Yeah get it checked out. Could be the stone like several said, especially on back day. And, it’s only back days, no other training days since it started?

Pink or Hawaiian Punch ? Pink could be a stone passing or even bad rhabdo. Bright red blood is an issue that I’d get a cystoscopy for asap
