So I like to train pretty hard. Lately I have been trying new things and reading some of the more famous workouts. I am currently doing the Creeping Death 2 from John Meadows. He recommends taking out the 2nd leg day to make it as 5 day training program. Not for me. My gung-ho ass wants to do 6 days. I have been getting a lot of cramping the last month or so. I have a neck cramp that won't go away. On chest days my hamstring cramps every time. Wondering if this might be from over training.
Currently one:
100mg Test PP /ED
50MG Tren A /ED
50mg Mast P /ED
10iu HGH every night before bed
Anyone have any Idea's on how I can fix this? I don't want more rest days but I will if I have to.
