I've been emailed by no less than 5 - 6 people from the same company, there is no organization or coordination on your side, just random people sending me the same message. Why would i want a disorganized company to be on my site? I've responded to several emails saying to coordinate 1 point of contact on your side and continue to receive multiple messages.
I have 1 from you, 1 from "molly" , "Hillary", "jilucy" all in the past 2 weeks.
