I think you're correct. Doing something in the heat of the moment is understandable. Just apologize and move on. But subsequently going onto social media and pooping in the punch bowl was just odd. Someone should have taken away his phone. LOL
I do sympathize with Martin because I’m old and I lost my “give a damn” a few years ago. If I got something to say I say it without filter lol. As my wife said, you went from a quite man to a matter of fact, tell it like it is & how I feel lol

100% should have. He seems to have calmed down and came to his senses . I saw he posted an apology earlier. Hopefully he'll be able to put it behind him and continue to get better.

Looks like he put out a genuine apology. Good for him! I think he's a great bodybuilder, and I want him to succeed.
