Actually I think both of them have now that you mention it.

but big_paul_ski has been on TID a few years longer. And even longer than me!!
Isn't strange neither of them been on TID in a long time but they both showed up today and are posting after the mention of them.

The big Paul I am talking about is certainly the one in the video.

I think paulski started posting again last year a bit after not being around for about ten years, but ya seems like a funny coincidence .. fucking Paul’s coming out of the woodwork I guess

Similar line of thinking that the Reta really helps you stretch what you can do while keeping BG levels reasonably in check. Now curious to think what a very moderate dose at e0d administration could do for stretching the useful window of growth while lessening sides 4-6iu ed vs 6-8 IU eod, nightly.
I had been taking 4 iu for the past month and splitting dose but it was 2iu before bed and 2iu at 4am and then fasting till 9-10 am (going back to sleep for a bit then training fasted), but I think I’m going to switch back back to Bolus dose at night time. Split dose didn’t help carpal tunnel for the past couple weeks. This seeems to be the safest no bullshit approach.
Taking 5mg Reta (dropped from 6) split dose and eating 2200 cal right now, trying to stop about 5% bf in th coming 14 weeks.
GH and Reta have been working great for me as well. I've been on 4iu ed for a few months. I tried splitting the dose, but swapped back to one before bed. Ive been using berberine to keep the CT issues down which has worked a lot recently. I still wear a brace sometimes at night just to avoid those issues, because when they were bad, they were BAD.

Don't take HGH up too fast. I made a mistake (on purpose) last night and woke up with the worst joint pain of my life. 7 out of 10. Would not recommend

I think I’m going to try out eod dosing for a month and see what I notice. Also glad to be running a bit of weekly Reta with my gh now. It seems like the smart bet for helping keep the increased insulin resistance risk at bay. A win win.
How much Reta are you using and what frequency?

Hey Littlehomie,
I had been up to 4mg 1x/wk but that was too much. I’ve gone back down to 2mg 1x/wk. On the G, I was doing 3.3iu ed, and I’m now trying out 5iu eod. Evening.
