Over all a great finish of the week. I will be doing cardio the next 10 day only. Body has been completely shocked by the volume Probably going to start a eq and test c in the next few weeks. Just want to give the body a break. Hoping to come back to the weights weighing in under 260. Clen and t3 to help with that.
