what is a mega set? do you take only a few seconds rest between those or do you just kind of rest/pause at the top of the "last" rep before hitting continuing?

either way that is some insane work. 315x6 for 5 sets is strong a hell!

now if I trusted my knee I would of finished out the last 5 sets of 405. I use to hit alot of volume but havent been untill lately. just tring a lower rep lots of sets. we will see what happens. It all started on sunday with bench.

This is straight sick bro, it would have been even worse if you would have went 405 damn bro even with the knee situation you are doing serious work!!!

Over all a great finish of the week. I will be doing cardio the next 10 day only. Body has been completely shocked by the volume Probably going to start a eq and test c in the next few weeks. Just want to give the body a break. Hoping to come back to the weights weighing in under 260. Clen and t3 to help with that.

You ripped it up today JB. How'd that guy get an exercise named after him just by doing a lot of reps lol? I should have a lot of exercises named after me if that's the case :D. Really..... great job and inspiration for my shoulder work today.

Thanks brother. Waiting for my buddy halo to see. Told him yesterday I had plans and I expect him to meet or surpass! Lol. U and halo always give me the push I need!

Well.... though I believe the Destroy & Flood routine to be one of the best out there, it's not a program for equipped lifters. To do it all over again I would have to set a raw baseline total & build from there. My total is within 15lbs of where it was previous to the 8wk run ( I attribute most of that from throwing on my gear after 8wks of raw work). That being said my endurance level is at an all new high.


I'm back to my Hussey/Westside Hybrid & for what I do it's a perfect match. Will still deload with the 5/3/1 hybrid.

Damn JB, that was an amazing workout brother. Seriously those STANDING OHP's are psychotic, you smashed the hell out of it!

You're right I took the day off :( LOL... Dude my glutes and where they connect to my hammys are actually swollen LOL.. Not bad, but enough to let me know they're there. I'm with you the volume has been pretty wicked and a good shock to the CNS. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do with cutting!
