Flat I cant agree with you more on that. MY OHP have increase alot this year and not too mention the krocs have spread my back way out.

Halo, When ever you are ready to grow up again and join the F&D family again I am in with ya...

LOL I know my brother. Gonna try and take it somewhat easy and not gonna max out for a little, then max out right before F&D and then right After I am done. I am gonna check out this gym across the street from work and see if they have heavier DB and stuff. Kinda curious.

Flat if you read this sooon please respond with the outcome of your F&D and wether you hit your 2500 goal.

Man, heavy ass DB rows builds the back like no other. I know it did for me.

All you need now is some Kroc 300lb DB's LOL.

Yeah my back is getting wider and thicker. Melds have done a great job. Not too mention the standing OHP's have helped a lot. I just need to build my traps up a little more and put some more on the delts then I will be happy.

Just out of curiosity someone left 225 on the flat bench so I wanted to see how many explosive quick reps I had left in me.

The last 7 weren’t explosive but they went up.

THIS COMPLETED MY WORKOUT AND MY BODY. Shoulders are totally fried and I have zero energy left. Got a sinus infection again so started on antibiotics today. Tomorrow I have a little crazy squat program that I havent done since my navy days. So we shall see how this goes with my knee.

Hopefully, you get yourself healthy. I hate cold's and sinus infections....it's hard to breath and your head is all clouded up. Sucks when you are hammering the weight and breathing hard. Heal up. Grab some pizza and beer. Here it does wonders for recovery. Oh and probably should lounge on the couch today too. You know...watch some football and what. Very soothing and psychologically therapeutic. LOL.

Lol. Sounds like a plan. Currently laying in bed with Cory what hint the backyardigans. Pizza sounds absolutely awesome. Hahahaha.

That's my boy right there!!! Inspiring JB absolutely smashed that shit. I have chest today and after reading that not quite sure what kind of stupid shit I should do. I'm pretty sure it won't touch this monster day. I heard there is a flood coming soon :)

Hawk, You guys never give me the pizza and beer diet advice LOL... I'm going to have to do some of that pizza is my achilles. Unfortunately I have to wait gotta cut the BF for another 10 days hate it!
