Blood in Urine

The last two back workouts I’ve had, I’ve pissed a translucent pink a couple hours afterwards then goes back to normal. Google says everything from “nothing wrong” to “holy shit you’ve got Ebola”.
Any similar experiences?

Could be a minor kidney stone, or a kidney infection..
or maybe you jerked it a little too roughly recently.

I’ve had both of those things happen to me lmfao.

No beets. I eat 1/2 cup mixed berries every morning but nothing crazy. PreWO has no dyes so doubt that’s it.

Im blood thinners and I was on warfarin.
Warfarin is sensitive to what you eat, etc so you need to be monitored since your blood can be really "thin".
Once I pissed blood. It didnt look like I had blood in my urine but urine in my blood, and once I put down a 95lbs dumbbell hard on my thigh doing presses. I bleed around 3 pints of blood in my leg after that. Took month for it to go away, had the biggest hematoma that slowly moved down my leg.

Another time I shit blood, like diarrhea but with blood.
Fun times..

Was no wierd anal play or anything sickos.
I went to get it checked out and no answers, I have had this a few times now and it scares me everytime.

Got off warfarin about 6 month ago after my 3rd clot.
Using predaxa instead. no more biweekly testing and I dont have an iron issue anymore.
Very happy about that.
