Second batch this week actually. Did it with a whole chicken this time. Just poured the juice from the chicken in the pot, same recipe. I usually don't eat dark meat unless it's off a full bird. I like my chicken like my women, white, fallin off the bone, and juicy.> Nothin fancy just perfectly cooked cajun rice and chicken. I forgot to say in the original recipe to use long grain brown rice. Not extra lg. Food porn!
