Really tried slowing down my descent in my Squat, and concentrate on cues during the ascent, still dive bombed the 415...decided to subtract Bench from today...being my 1st week back, biceps were still really tender...added BW Dips @ the end...really wanted a 3rd rep Conv @ 440, but called it quits after 2, back was just not having it...
