the last couple years I've run Var @ low dose 40mg from march or April until September. Half the year. I've had lab work done each year and lipids results are stellar (as they always have been for me [genetics?]) as well as liver values in the normal to high normal range. It's made it easier to keep belly fat to a minimum as well as being hard as a rock and very cut. 2 years ago I ran peptides ie ghrp 2 / 6 or ipam all year round and really had a high fitness level. I'm going back to that this year with the var. I find var to be very mild comparatively. dbol and the others are not in the mix for me although I'll run tbol once in a while...

Forgot about Var....love it myself. Best oral at our age. In fact my favorite old man feel good cycle is Test/Primo/Var and GH.

You guys lost me there... a lot of that topic is Greek to me!
But I can still throw in on diet and gym work my guess.

And I'm 50+ so I still got that going for me... lol

Don't about you guys but some of the music they play at the gyms these days are just crap. The sign of getting old. Never been one for taking an ipod to gym but hell I do now because of the crap they play. I put on stuff like AC/.DC, Boston, Nazareth etc.

My gym plays "Lithium" from Sirius/XM which is all 90s metal/alternative. Not perfect but better than the guido electronica playing in every other gym in NJ.

Right just finished legs. I am officially knackered. Went big today after reading all these posts. Problem is am I going to be able to get out of bed tomorrow. Right one hot bath and a energy shake coming up as soon as I get home. That's if I don't put the foot through the bottom of the floor board in the car

Speaking of music....I usually play older stuff because I think are favorite music is always from our teenage years. But the other day I trained delts/traps on nothing other than Sinatra. I did it for the chicks and the dames.

Well that makes my day!

About playing Frank, back in June 2011 I did my very 1st comp, I was entered in 50+ and Novice, leading up to that I could not figure out what music to do my posing routine to. Somehow posing to Usher seemed stupid, I joked with my prep guy that I thought a nice lively Glen Miller tune would be sweet! I still think that would be funny...

FYI it ended up being "Monster" by Skillit... Later that year I used "Porn Star Dancing" by My Darkest Days... For the chicks and dames...
