Yeah thanks, I've hit it twice now for squat but not for bench and dead is totally in the toilet. I am at a bit of a crossroads of what now because I want to continue this progress but need to drop some blubber. Do I stick with yoga? Which I really like or go to something with more variety and volume like Zumba?Nice double day Monsoon, looks like 3hundo for bench and squat!

The end of the year is rapidly approaching and I really wanted to have some progress and momentum going into 2017. I took the last 6 weeks to focus on my squat, while putting Bench on the back burner and dumping deads all together. Then as the squat progressed, I added bench. Back into the fire about a week ago.

Floor press with fat grips 135 x8,8,8. DB row 50x10,10,10
front squat 65lb bar 4x8 under 3.5 minutes felt like I was going to puke, legs could have kept going. I'd like to get 8x8 in four minutes ultimately.
overall 2016 goals are to get big three all over 300. Permanently, not just a single day. OHP as close to or over 200.
