Dead. tried sumo, but again stalled out at 205 with low right back as the issue
Switched back to standard and managed 275 for a couple singles. Still sucking ass but trying

Wednesday pulled or strained something on right side of neck or upper traps. Hurt like a bitch yesterday and last night. I was concerned that it would effect my bench today and almost didn't start. But I gave it a try because after all, I'm slow weak and stupid at my own hand.

Like Christmas at monsoon house today. Packages from Rogue and Amazon arrived. New bands, shorts and a landmine attachment for my rack. Also new probiotic from Dex. Still waiting on chalk and hot pink.

New wave BY started today. I had planned to deadlift today, but just couldn't wait to squat because I am firm with being over 300 by Halloween damn it.

Squat 275x3 295x2 @9 low back is the weak link and I need to strengthen it but so impatient.
For the hell of it 300x1 I'm pretty sure this was not legit, too shallow. But need to do it to build confidence.

Good squatting, just don't f**k anything up if you know that your back is a weak link. Patience over injury any day brother.
