Squats 275x3 deload was successful because very little pain anywhere today. Knees back hips all good. Right hip still very tight. 275 was smooth and easy so, 280x2

Good week overall. Bench was disappointing but can't win em all. I'll take squat and dead over bench any day. Stupid hip/back thing was a bitch on weds/Thursday but has calmed down some now.
