Maybe you're just positioning yourself for an epic campaign of single-rep and multi-rep PRs in the coming months? Anything we can do? Suggest a program, some new routine/exercises, etc.?

I will be reviving this in 2016. I haven't stopped training at all, just logging. I'm not big resolutions, however I do have some attainable goals that I will meet even if I have to hire PillarofBalance.
i will be kicking off a 5,3,1 sometime next week to start the training year and kind of see where I'm at. Because I've spent the last few months just trying to recover my lifts.

Cant go wrong with POB. I think you would really like his programming and benefit greatly from it. Not only the programming but the coaching that comes with it.

Floor press with fat grips 135 x8,8,8. DB row 50x10,10,10
front squat 65lb bar 4x8 under 3.5 minutes felt like I was going to puke, legs could have kept going. I'd like to get 8x8 in four minutes ultimately.

overall 2016 goals are to get big three all over 300. Permanently, not just a single day. OHP as close to or over 200.
