Today was my first day in the gym the past week. As some of you may know, i've had a nasty upper respiratory infection all week which has been absolutely killing me.
Also found out one of my brothers in arms got killed overseas the other day. Another one got shot in the head (survived with minor injuries) and another one got hit with RPG shrapnel. The shit over there is real, and really hits home when its your buddies that start getting ****ed up.
anyways, had to clear my head today. i didnt keep track of what i did at the gym (rep wise) but i did: powercleans, kettlebell swings, db curls, pull-ups, incline bench with chains, and stationary bike until i was sick.
