Man what a day today. I was suppose to be off today but I had to go in for a meeting for a few hours in the middle of the day so it threw me all off.

Bb incline 135x10 135x10 155x5 155x7 something in my brain hit the"puss mode activated" switch and I struggled with my bb incline today. Pretty frustrating

Good bench session ECA ~ do you normally do flat, incline and decline in the same session for chest? Would make for a lot of sets!

I like reading through your diet log each day even though I don't eat a lot of what you do, interesting stuff MF.

yes I'm in my last week of a 12 week program my brother put together for me. It's worked great my working sets have came up dramatically in the 12 weeks and my chest has got fuller. I'm going to find my 1rm next week on several exercises and start 531 the following week.
I like to eat so eating is not a challenge for me. My wife doesn't eat gluten or dairy so we have to be careful to make sure my food doesn't cross contaminate her food.

Doing well mate. Tilapia ?? whats that taste like ? not sure we get that stuff in England, will google it now.

I really like it. I put garlic powder, black pepper and sea salt then throw it on the grill. Good stuff and it's fairly inexpensive here right at 6.99 lb

Nice bench session bro! I used to hit all three angles of press in one session too and it destroyed me but my chest got huge!!:) I'm glad it's working for you as well. Right now I alternate angles and hit chest with front delts. Really liking it so far.

You excited for the 531? Ready to put it some work and get strong as hell?

Really liking your nutrition log too and the macros breakdown. I'm currently breaking my macros down somewhat similar, but having high carb days cycled. Keep up the good work bro!

You definitely will if you put in the work bro. No problem, diet is the same with me man. It makes or breaks me.

I loved it man. There is an app you can download that will program the numbers in for you.

I've got it downloaded and ready to rock and roll!! I saved a basic template for my assistance lifts I may post it up and see what you guys think.
