Thanks man. I am in my last week of the routine my brother recommends. Next week I'm going to start 531 so in pretty excited about it and the strength gains that will come.

Thanks any and all advice it's appreciated. Lol ya it is now that my garden is producing I'll be eating allot more.

Today was a rest day but I ate like a Freakin race horse I feel like.

2 cups oats with honey and cinnamon
4 scrambled eggs
Home made salsa
Banana
Apple
Granola
Roast beef sandwich
12oz. Plain roast beef
Steak bowl from chipolte
4 Turkey tacos (about 12oz of turkey meat)
Later I'll have Greek yogurt and some green tea

Sounds like some good eating bro! I haven't tried turkey tacos, how are they? We bought some ground turkey to make with some stuff but it looked weird as hell when I opened it up so I didn't eat it lol

They are great!!! My wife makes her own taco seasoning to cut down the sodium.

I'm still taking it easy in the squat rack trying to perfect my form and find someone that will be reliable to workout with before stacking a bunch of weight on.

Super squat machine I guess it's like a front squat???? Someone correct me if I'm wrong please... 3 plates x10 4 plates x10 4 plates x10 5 plates x8

Fuel for the day consisted of the following....

2 cups oats cinnamon and honey
Yogurt with strawberries and granola
40 gram protein shake
Banana
Apple
3 green chili tamales my friend made
1/2 cup almonds
Tilapia filet
Grilled bell peppers, onion, tomato
Steamed squash, zucchini, and onion
Brown rice
The rest of my daughter's steak kabob she didn't finish :)

Awesome work EC, and nice log. I've only been tuned into it for a short time. Loving all the meals for sure.

I agree with what you're doing in the squat rack and I think it's very important. I hope you get a good feel for it down soon as well as finding a reliable training partner. I'd love to find one myself that was reliable and could work with my schedule.

Finishing your daughters food! Haha isn't it great? I love that my wife and daughter don't always finish their plates because I get to. Especially when eating out.

Thanks man I like this log thing it really keeps me on track every day.
The best part is I have 3 daughter's so I get lots of left overs :)
