Looong story short. I blew out my arm, shoulder, and back. Up and down for months and never even a decent restart. I'm back to lifting. No deads (hex bar coming in a week but that seems more like a squat than dead). I can squat close to parallel and do presses (chest and overhead) so I should be able to keep on keeping on. I'm a LOT softer than I was because I am a lazy ass dieter when I'm not lifting hard. I will post pics again in the next couple days. I plan on eating clean only for the next 8 weeks as I cut off some of this fat. Once I'm back to 10-12 percent I will begin a very clean bulk. I'm going to take a hard run to see see what I can do for size before my body breaks down and I have to be a lean 185er.
