Back n bis volume with calves.

High rep pulldowns over and underhand. High rep chest supported rows. Same reps for bis in cable straight bar curls and rope hammer curls. 300 calf raisers and I was out. 20 mins on bike for cardio. diet rockin.

Forgot cable pullthroughs. Did them before bis.

Quick update for shouders n forearms with abs.

Ran thru a bunch if iso movements and kept the reps high. Forearm curls. Ab wheel and declines with vest n weights. Cable twists.

Sunday was off and so was the diet. I ate everything at dinner and then had candly....lol. No counting thay day.

Legs heavy with abs today.

Squat 5x5 405
Extensions 3x10
leg curl 3x10

ab wheel weighted
decline situps weighed
cable twists

Diet working back to normal. Little behind in cals because I still feel over stuffed from yesterday. Ready for chest n tri heavy tomorrow w calf work.

Looking good JC. Glad to hear the diet is going well. You will not have any issues going shirtless this summer!

Been a long time. Had a busy summer. Now back to work. I got into coaching high school kids and barely had time to lift. I did get down to the body fat I wanted. Been bulking (that read as eating shitty) ever since. I've been unmotivated and unaccountable. I figured hooking back up here and having people to talk with about workouts and goals will keep me a little more disciplined. Thanks to you guys helping me by just being here. I will attach a couple pics to shoe where I got to and where I am now.

Looong story short. I blew out my arm, shoulder, and back. Up and down for months and never even a decent restart. I'm back to lifting. No deads (hex bar coming in a week but that seems more like a squat than dead). I can squat close to parallel and do presses (chest and overhead) so I should be able to keep on keeping on. I'm a LOT softer than I was because I am a lazy ass dieter when I'm not lifting hard. I will post pics again in the next couple days. I plan on eating clean only for the next 8 weeks as I cut off some of this fat. Once I'm back to 10-12 percent I will begin a very clean bulk. I'm going to take a hard run to see see what I can do for size before my body breaks down and I have to be a lean 185er.

Wish me luck. I will begin with tomorrow's workout. Back day.
