I think I broke a rule. I had a sexy white lady on there.... Sorry if I did TID. No harm intended, I didnt see it in the rules (I really did read them).

Legs yesterday Monday. I strayed from my routine out of boredom.

Smith machine single leg squats with rear foot up on box. Weights are plate weight only.

Lots of warmups.

Singles:

200
230
270
290
320

Ass to grass squats barefoot.
225x10x3

Leg extensions..cant remember setting, didnt log it.
Leg curls....cant remember setting, didnt log it.

Abs:
Decline situps w 12lb ball overhead 10x5
abdominal crunch machine 90lb 10x5
oblique twists cable 40 10x5 each side.

Diet was on.

Today was chest, tris, and calf work. Got in 5 sets of db presses and work screwed my workout up asking for help. I work there, so it sucks sometimes.

Warmups then 5 sets of 5 slight incline db presses. 100lb dbs.

Will make up tris through the week. Calves get it 3x week, so that was a lost cause.

Ate two oreos. Diet was on other than those two bastards.

Guilt. To myself and my siberian husky. I had four, but I broke them in half and gave him the big half of each. At least I will be leaner than my dog....lol.

Today was back,bis, calves, and tri make up.

Warm up on treadmill.

Pullups bodyweight x10 5 sets.
Pulldown x8 3 Sets 200, 180,180

Seated rows 180 5x5
Db rows 2X10 85s

Pull throughs 5x15 80lbs

Palm up db curls 5x5 45s
Hammer curls 3x5 45s

Pressdowns
5x8 100, 120, 110, 110 110

Kneeling rope pressdowns
3x10 65lb

Calf extension
5x20 200lb

Diet still going strong.

Yes, Im an oreo expert. My mainstay is the regulars, but I love them all.

And no, you are NOT helping...haha. Actually Im over seeing food and craving. The first few weeks of easing into dieting was tough and I made my family suffer with me. Now they can eat all the shit they want and Im ok....except cookies. Im still weak for cookies.

Yea I hear ya. Cookies, donuts , etc are my favorite stuff. It's hard to stop eating them!

JC, good stuff. I do have to admit that even though you have a shirt on, you don't look like a fat a$$. Looking forward to see what kind of workouts you do.

Thanks for the compliment. I am a lot better off than when I started back again (265ish fat). I will post some fat pics when I find them and get them editted.

I am always open to suggestion on my workouts, so if you follow please comment/critique freely. Thanks for stopping in

Nice training ~ and I agree with Dan. You don't look fat at all, props with the progress you have made MF.

Thanks MF. I will keep updating and try to work the nerve up for a shirtless. I never have and feel nervous as a virgin at prom...haha.
