I missed a few days due to OT at work. I squeezed in a few basic sessions at work.

M.E. Bench

I saw your question about grip after you left. My grip during comp is meh....
It all depends on the implement to be honest. If i can overlap my thumb and forefinger around a handle im golden .Or if it is a thickbar and I set right I can carry it .
But it is the one thing I have to constantly work on to bring and keep up.

The curls killed my elbows, I hate curls. I will attempt to continue with these as well.

Don't do Front Squats like bbers do with crossed arms. That won't take them anywhere. You need to perform them like Oly lifters do.
