It's a 3 day weekend here so my weekend continues today (Memorial Day). I rained all last week and snowed over the weekend so I rested up. Today I am going to build some new dog houses for my two guys. Maybe I'll go to a parade . . . then again maybe not.

229# I gained weight last week, even though I was down to 3,000 Kcals per day on my diet, so when I felt depleted this weekend, I increased my food while staying on the keto diet, and I started losing weight again! We'll see if it continues.

Scarecrow Snatches (love that name . . .) Perform these by standing still, with the bar at your waist, hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Raise your elbows until they are as high as you can bring them, keeping the bar next to your body, then change to OH pressing until your arms are locked out. This works your traps initially, then your delts.
