It's a 3 day weekend here so my weekend continues today (Memorial Day). I rained all last week and snowed over the weekend so I rested up. Today I am going to build some new dog houses for my two guys. Maybe I'll go to a parade . . . then again maybe not.

229# I gained weight last week, even though I was down to 3,000 Kcals per day on my diet, so when I felt depleted this weekend, I increased my food while staying on the keto diet, and I started losing weight again! We'll see if it continues.

Scarecrow Snatches (love that name . . .) Perform these by standing still, with the bar at your waist, hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Raise your elbows until they are as high as you can bring them, keeping the bar next to your body, then change to OH pressing until your arms are locked out. This works your traps initially, then your delts.

Last time I did bench press, my left shoulder got a little sore. My trainer says that is because I'm not keeping my shoulders clenched at the top of the BP. So I tried it today and no shoulder pain! I'll be damned if he is not always right.

Had good energy afterward.

After a year of being with my trainer, I am starting to have energy left over after my workouts. We have discussed increasing the intensity during my next bulk! I am not sure whether to be excited or afraid! I think I'll stay excited until I see how hard it actually is.

Nice training as usual WW, I always remember you being dominant with the squats !! Looks like all of your hard work with your trainer is paying off now :weightlift:

Most of us have a 3 day weekend here (Queens Birthday so Monday is a public holiday), except for me as our shop is in a mall lol. Oh well, just gotta roll with it I guess. At least I get to open up an hour later than normal.
