Clean and Press the Log (an awkward contraption, basically a water tank with handles in the middle and olympic weight sized pipes on the ends to hold the weights)

T-bar Rows
75 x 10 x 4 sets, clenching at the top

50 minute workout with my trainer. Feeling great! Down 15lbs BW since 4/6!

Feeling great.

Have gotten used to the keto diet, and have plenty of energy now.
Am down 16 lbs since my peak around April 6. Have been losing about 1-2 lbs per week, the past two weeks. Will measure BF soon. Goal is less than 10% by July 31.

supersetted with

walking Kettlebell Lunges with 57#KB's
100' (with KB's up on arms and chest)
100' (ditto)
200' (holding KB's at my sides)
200' (ditto)

These were large handled KB's and were hard to hold onto. I kept losing my grip and having to set them down and rest my hands for a short while.

Thought the squats were going to be easy, because my 1rm must be around 450 or so. But with the WL's supersetted in, my legs were beat and cramping by the end!

It was brutal and I had DOMS for 2 days which was crazy because I never get DOMS these days! We cleaned up our road today and took the trash to the dump. Then worked in my gardens weeding them so they're pretty again. Tomorrow we will go to camp for the day and will probably have a campfire and a hike.

MD is slowed right down. Sad, really, as it used to be so active.

Took a day off from my diet yesterday. Had a couple yogurts with fruit, had a granola bar (sweet) and had a small twist cone at the end of the day. Otherwise I kept the diet the same, though I skipped one of my 6 meals.

Damn, bet that BLDL and Burpees triset was pretty brutal ?!

Very cool about your 1000th post. The BLDL and Burpee combo was pretty brutal, but it was funny, as I went along it got a little bit easier!

45 minute workout. Feeling great.

Weightloss has slowed this week, but my bf seems to be declining anyway, because my arms look leaner now than Monday!
I figure I need to add more aerobics, because I am now assisting with teaching at karate, and not getting the aerobic benefit of participating.
Also I am assisting with teaching our Muai Thai Kickboxing and not always getting to participate (basically I fill in if we have an odd number of students, so everyone has a partner, and if we have an even number of students, I don't get to workout with someone and have to do pushups and situps, mountain climbers, etc. on my own which I have not been very good about lately).
