Feeling good. After a short plateau, I lost 6 lbs the past two weeks, most of it this week. I have two more weeks of Muay Thai bootcamp, then I'm on my own for my summer workouts. Since I'm teaching karate now, I am not getting much aerobics there, unless we have an odd number of students and I get to fill in. So I'm going to have to come up with some workouts at home.
I am thinking of doing sprints, and riding my mountain bike (we have a large trail system near my house) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings through the summer. But the blackflies are crazy bad as soon as it gets warm. I guess I'll just have to pedal faster than the flies!
