Awesome workout. Went to the Dr's today and he took half the staples out (19) and i also found out a little more about my injury. I tore the inside of my knee pretty bad and found out they had to do a little over 100 stitches inside my knee. I was a little shocked when he said he had to stitch from the bottom of the one side to the bottom of the othersise. he said it was a 'U' shape. dont know how my ACL made it through but thank God it did. He did however say my knee looked awesome and was recovering quicker than he initially thought.


You my brother are a BEAST!!! Great work just be careful till those stitches are all out and the inside of your psychotic leg can make all the connections it needs to then start walking around with DB's LOL... I know the pot calling the kettle black but I gotta try and keep you from hurting yourself!

So how are the Rice Crispy Bricks :D Glad they made it there, the Greeks was stoked to hear the voicemail LOL....

Way to piece together a decent back routine JB... You still having any pain or anything in the knee or is it just stiff? Also wondering if you're in a hard cast or something or just a brace?

Brace with hinges on it. Goes from ankle to groin. No pain just stiff. I am right at a 60 degree bend now. Should be about 90 by month end I hope. Still cant pu weight on it. This week I got back twice and chest once. Keep it rotating. This is only second week back.

lol wow JB you have shown more dedication to this sport in the last 3 weeks than most fat useless fucks show to their fitness level in general. most guys would have either quit entirely or until the leg was 100%. you choose to keep getting in there and getting work done! that is inspirational!
