I didn't get to finish off all of your rice crispy treats bro, they made it to the mail today so you should have them in the next couple of days :D Big cup of milk!!! Hope PT went well today!

Right now just trying to get the ROM back. Luckily my legs are strong because I can already lift the leg. But the ROM is more important right now.

Awesome workout. Went to the Dr's today and he took half the staples out (19) and i also found out a little more about my injury. I tore the inside of my knee pretty bad and found out they had to do a little over 100 stitches inside my knee. I was a little shocked when he said he had to stitch from the bottom of the one side to the bottom of the othersise. he said it was a 'U' shape. dont know how my ACL made it through but thank God it did. He did however say my knee looked awesome and was recovering quicker than he initially thought.

That is great news about the knee healing up...

Wish I could hit 225 for 20 as a warm up :(

POB there is something about 225. I can rep forever sometimes. I want to get to 315 like that. Depending on the leg I migh be there sooner than later.

Thanks G. The doc also told me that 1 day a week for now is good until I can work on strength exercises.
