Awesome workout. Went to the Dr's today and he took half the staples out (19) and i also found out a little more about my injury. I tore the inside of my knee pretty bad and found out they had to do a little over 100 stitches inside my knee. I was a little shocked when he said he had to stitch from the bottom of the one side to the bottom of the othersise. he said it was a 'U' shape. dont know how my ACL made it through but thank God it did. He did however say my knee looked awesome and was recovering quicker than he initially thought.
