This was basically the start of my road back from elbow surgery. It's been two months. Obviously my numbers are low and I am a weak as mofo. BUT I just started my BLS Stack. Throw in some Def Con 1 and I will be rolling again. Dips were brutal. The joint felt weak. The soreness set in on the drive home. Notice there won't probably be a rhyme or reason to my training for at least a couple weeks til I get my feet back under me. This is more to just get may ass moving and gain a bit strength back going in the right direction.
I'm doing the 4 week DMZ Blast Stack and will be using Def Con 1 as well. Thank you, Neck for setting me up with a personalized cycle and it's time to get at it. As for the contest, I'm not as worried. This is about redemption and returning to dominating the weight again. I have good peeps in my corner and I can see big things in the future. Contemplating utilizing Josh Bryant for training and maybe John Meadow for nutrition. I cannot wait to get deeper into this stack!!!
