Pleasantly suprised but not there yet. When I'm knocking on 600's door again I will be happy. I honestly believe Neck getting me in touch with BSL and the stack of PH's is paying dividends.

After watching RUM on live stream I'm getting the itch to do a full power meet. BSL will be part of that for sure. Btw, Defcon 1 is the shit!

You'll get back to it. I was doing back flips when I hit 600 for squats. I couldn't imagine holding 600 on bench.

SS bought me some angle dust. I'm excited to try it. I'll have to try defcon1.
