Wait till you try the Defcon1 brother. I dosed for the first time this morning & look out!!!!!!! My focus was so dialed in it was almost spooky.

Neck is correct. Worked an evening shift last night. Took a scoop of Defcon 1. Definitely the shit!! No tweaked feeling like Jakked 3D. No crash like some of the other preworkout products. As for the workout, just put in some work.

It may not be heavy by most standards but I haven't really squatted in well....forever. So this was a small victory for me. Eventually, I will add knee selves and a belt for safety. Regardless, weight felt good and I didn't get hurt. 700 here I come. Lol.

Idk what standards those are! Those are some heavy ass squats, especially after that many working sets. Very impressive hawk. Moving some serious weight bro

I've thought about it for learning purposes and form critique but have yet to because I would be a hypocrite since I usually make fun of guys who post each freakin workout they do. Tell ya what, if the weight keeps moving up, I will get someone to vid me and post it.

BSL is no joke. The DMZ is solid and the Trenanol must be helping. I was tired as hell at work today and I downed a scoop of Defcon1 and it was on. The description of focus is spot on.

I completely understand about the privacy issue though. And keeping your identity hidden.

I was thinking about trying to video my bench to get some feedback though.

Privacy is part of the issue and posting is a great way to get feedback. I suppose I was more alluding to the people who post a vid everytime they go to the gym....a PR or critique check is completely different.

Haha we all know the types. But critiquing, a PR, or real progress pics is completely different. You deff should. I'll try to get some videos for my log but I don't know how to get them posted.
