It may not be heavy by most standards but I haven't really squatted in well....forever. So this was a small victory for me. Eventually, I will add knee selves and a belt for safety. Regardless, weight felt good and I didn't get hurt. 700 here I come. Lol.

Would love to watch your lifts man. They're really impressive.
I've thought about it for learning purposes and form critique but have yet to because I would be a hypocrite since I usually make fun of guys who post each freakin workout they do. Tell ya what, if the weight keeps moving up, I will get someone to vid me and post it.
I completely understand about the privacy issue though. And keeping your identity hidden.
I was thinking about trying to video my bench to get some feedback though.
Privacy is part of the issue and posting is a great way to get feedback. I suppose I was more alluding to the people who post a vid everytime they go to the gym....a PR or critique check is completely different.
