Threw a turkey in the roaster, grabbed a bag and got my back work in:
Wide Grip Cable Lat Pull Downs - 4x8 (140, 160, 180, 200)
Half Deads - 3x8 (135, 155, 180)
One Arm Cable Lat Pull Downs - 2x10 + 2x8 (80, 100, 120, 140)
Wide Grip Seated Mid Rows - 2x10 + 2x8 (100,120,140,160)
Machine One Arm High Row - 3x8 (80,100,110) hi to lo pull
Cable Standing One Arm Row - 4x10 (100,120,140,150) lo to hi pull
I don't normally list my weight#'s but thought I'd give you some hint of what I'm hitting...
