I've do some slow eccentric movements too....BRUTAL! It definitely kicks my ass when I need a change. Nice work.
This was initiated in October...
In late July I fell hard at half way (50M) in a Master's 100M in our Nebraska State Games.
I dislocated my right elbow as a result of my hammy letting go and my toe spikes catching hurling me ungracefully into the concrete outside lane 8... ouch!!
The Ortho allowed me to rehab and recover on my own and as a result I was released from his care at the end of Sept!
Oct 1 I rehired my trainer to help me strengthen the joint and get back to bodybuilding/physique training...
We decided to go with a TUT program with the emphasis on the eccentric...
Result? my body responded well to this and we've kept it in ever since... I'm sold.
And dude, they ARE brutal!
Jeez, I am a slacking loser, I need to update my log I see!! Haha... Thanks man
