All it takes is dedication and hard work... and i agree with you... you may not be the biggest most chiseled guy on the bolck... but your dedication is second to none!

I try and keep the routine's simple, no one legged squats on a fitness ball, etc... been there done that.
I go in, I pick them up and put them down and towel off... simple...
When I feel strong going into a sesh I'll fill it with volume, at 52 I have no delusions of competing against Kai or Phil LOL!

Your Dad is prolly like mine was... stubborn old coot! He took care of so many folks, everyone but himself...
I used to tell him that he can't help folks if he's not around... answer - "too late for me..." BS! I refuse to believe that...
I relate,when I retired 178 lbs,23 % body fat,35 inch waist,borderline diabetic and on blood pressure pills.I have been working out 4 years now and 153 lbs,15 % body fat,29 inch waist,no pills or meds.O and by the way I am 61 years old and just starting have a 4 pack going to get a SIX pack or die trying.I now work out 7 days a week 4 days split routines,1 day supersets,1 day compound sets and cardio everyday.
