Would love to see this fellas

We've chatted about it. We're both getting back into our first week after being sick so the playing field is just about even.....although I can't bench for shit so I'll lag there but there are some lifts that I'll be way ahead with legs and deads but he's had a couple knee issues so it's not even fair.

We may do it....will keep you guys posted.

Ok back to the log..... I was lifting similar weight when I was 18, I'm not thrilled with today....no stamina and was coughing bad in the gym today. arrrggghhhh!

Chest day:
BB flat
Bar x 50
135 x 20

working sets:
195 x 5 x 5

Incline DB

65 x 15
85 x 5 x 4

Cable flies: 3 sets upper x 10
3 sets lower uprights x 10

Dips: bw x 12 x 4

Weight is way down....fatigue set in quickly but I got all the lifts, not happy but they'll go right back up quickly. In november I was 225x5 so we'll see those numbers by March again I'm positive of it.

I made the mistake of checking the scale today. 9 fucking lbs lost in the last 16 days....FUCK YOU FLU!! weighed in at 203lbs.....

I actually squatted over 300 (with chains) last summer for the first time since blowing out my knee.
I know i'm not there now but i'm sure its only a matter of time to get back there

Felt dehydrated and legs locked up a couple times but not pissed with results....first squats in 5 weeks.

Played a quick game of 2 on 2 b-ball and tried to dunk in the game....anyone remember the sprite commercial back in the 90s? Oh ya, that was me today....deeeeenied!! Guess I'm not 18 anymore haha.

squats:

135 x 20
225 x 10 x 3
275 x 8 x 2.

Lunges with 65 db's, 20 lunges per side x 3

Leg extension

100 x 20
150 x 12
175 x 10 x 2

Hamstrings- naut
100 x 10 x 3

Calf raises, sit down.

100 lbs (2 45's and a 10) x 15 x 3.

All lifts weren't a struggle with the exception of cramping and then the inevitable needle feeling in the rear hammy's/glutes....didn't want to push it today.....they locked up after the 3rd set of squats but feeling better than I did the last two days and eating more.

I shouldve specified that I did....long hallway, 20 steps down, 20 steps back up for a total of 40 aka 20 each side.....sorry I was in a rush and wanted to get the post off before a quick meeting.
