i am home from valve replacement surgery. cant do anything except walk and stretch till the end of september then start lifting very light. it feels good to finally have both surgeries done and on my way back to the gym.

i feel good, went grocery shopping with my wife this morning just to get out of the house. everything went very well , the doctors and nurses said i am in great shape and can ecspect a full recovery. heading back to my gym at the end of september.
